Required skills:
- 2-4 yrs IT experience to include Information Security
- Basic understanding of information security principles and their applications
- Customer Support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and applications and apply that knowledge to daily workflows
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Ability to manage changing workloads while maintaining a sense of priorities and delivering quality service within required timeframes
